Tucked into an oversized closet is our art guild library of more than 3000 publications. The birth of our book collection began in 1972 with only 64 books. Since then, it has overflowed into other spaces and rooms. With the efforts of our members such as Jean Metzenthin and Pam Charboneau, these books and magazines have been sorted and color-coded. Now, it is much easier to locate your area of interest such as oils, watercolors, acrylics, drawing, clay, or any other favorite genre of art.
If you are a member and have a favorite book or magazine publication that has been a help to you in the past, let us know so we can spotlight it to share with others. If you have any “like new” art books or magazine donations, please let Jean or Pam know.
Thanks, Tricia Commons
